Depart from Vancouver and head east on the Trans Canada Highway. Stop at Hell's Gate Canyon,, then travel through the famous Fraser River Canyon from Hope to Cache Creek on the "Gold Rush Trail" of the late 1800's. End your journey in Kamloops.

Today you travel north from the arid region that surrounds Kamloops, noticing the stark contrast in terrain. Spectacular scenery and plenty of wildlife are accompanied by gently sweeping highways. Follow the Canadian National Railway line and the Thompson River. End your journey in the wild country to the north.

If the skies are clear you will say goodbye by the towering Mt. Robson at the beginning of your day. Heading towards Jasper you will enter through the breathtaking Ice Fields Parkway on your way to Banff. By now you should be an expert at navigating the Canadian Rockies.

The surrounding area in world famous Banff has much to offer during your rest days. You can enjoy walking around the busy tourist town or take shorter day trips to a number of different viewpoints. You have the option to visit a number of towns in the surrounding area, lots of great riding is at your fingertips.

Say goodbye to Banff. Get ready to ride the storied Kicking Horse Pass, with enough switchbacks to make you dizzy. The road from the narrow valleys that helped link together Trans Canada Railway winds through to Revelstoke.

Get ready to experience one of the best roads that BC has to offer. You will be traveling both by road and by lake ferry today, sometimes you need to make that extra effort to find those unforgettable roads. The end of the day will bring you to Ainsworth Hot Springs.

As you leave the relaxing Ainsworth Hot Springs, head out on the open road towards an area famous for a large number of ski resorts, many breweries, and fertile land for growing fruit. The green forests and towering peaks of the Kootenay Mountain region transform into rolling hills as you approach Kelowna.

Exit Kelowna through rolling hills and keep your eye out for cattle ranchs in cowboy country as you work your way to the Coast Range Mountains. Soon you will begin a dramatic climb through a series of interesting switchbacks as you ride one of the best roads in BC, the Duffy Lake Highway. Desend into world famous Whistler for party or a good nights rest.

Enjoy the many amenities this resort town, Whistler, has to offer or continue to Vancouver down the famed Sea to Sky highway. Pass through Brackendale and Squamish, with an interesting stop at the Britannia Mining Museum. Over the Lion's Gate Bridge and through Stanley Park. A nice easy day to finish off the trip of a lifetime.

Requirements

Getting on a motorcycle and riding off for days at a time has a minimum set of requirements. Please review our quick checklist and refer to our Rental Policies for a detailed list of rental requirements.

Rental Policies
  • License

    A valid driver's license in either English or French with motorcycle endorsement (must be present at the time of pick up). An international driver's permit may be required depending on your country of origin.

  • Experience

    More than one year of riding experience on a similar sized bike to which you would like to take out.

  • Security Deposit

    A coverage deductible ranging from $2000.00-3000.00 depending on your choice of bike for the duration of the rental by means of credit card authorization only.

  • Age

    21 years of age or older.
